Bringing in a new family member can be an adjustment on the household. A postpartum doula supports the entire family through this beautiful transition. Services include but are not limited to: infant care while mom rest; educating the new family with evidence based research, overnight support to help families rest, provide resources.

Helping the body to go in a state of healing itself. Your body knows how to do this, sometimes we just need assistance to get to that point. I enter into the Quantum Field and utilize all the modalities that I am trained in; Craniosacral, Shamanic, and Reiki. To give you the space to achieve exactly what is needed for you in that moment.
